Stephanie Newberg, M.E.d, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.
Stephanie Newberg is a licensed psychotherapist, working with individuals, couples and families. She has been in practice for 15 years specializing in: family and couples therapy,  grief/loss, children and  adolescents, bullying and cyberbullying, and the implications of divorce on families.
In addition, Stephanie is a trained family and divorce mediator/ co-parent counselor and has received intensive training in sand tray play therapy for adolescents and children.
Stephanie has led numerous workshops and presentations for adults and  adolescents on relationship and communication skills, coping with family stressors/loss, diversity issues, cyberbullying/effects of technology on development, nutrition and mental health, and  conflict resolution skills. In addition, Stephanie has numerous publications.
Stephanie trained at Columbia University where she received a Masters of Education in Organizational and Counseling Psychology and she received  a Masters of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania. Her license is in clinical social work.
Stephanie serves as a consultant for the Council for Relationships where she teaches the Adolescent and Child Psychopathology class and supervises trainees in marriage and family therapy.
